 One bakery. Two guys.
Three books.

This is the third book I worked on with these Brooklyn-based entrepreneurs. Each title in the series had its own personality and look while being visually connected to the others. For the first two, I drew inspiration from the interiors at the first bakery location in Red Hook and the second location in Charlotte, respectively. The third book, Baked Elements, focuses on the authors’ favorite ingredients and naturally, so does the design. I developed an icon system and palette (which was preplanned to coordinate with prop styling for the photography). A special feature of this book are the infographics which I created for the chapter openers.
